How Do I Register for a Program?
Online Registration: Click on the online registration link located above, or to the left on the home page that connects you to our online registration system, RecDesk. Log into your RecDesk account or create an account for your family or the individual participant and follow the prompts to register for your desired program.
Register by phone: Call the office at 978-365-4140, press the prompt for programming questions and we can help you register!

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE:
By registering electronically, I give Clinton Parks & Recreation permission to use pictures taken during the program on their website and in promotional materials.
INJURY WAIVER:
In consideration of participation of the minor player named above in this recreation program, the undersigned parent or guardian hereby consents to his/her participation and releases and holds harmless the Towns of Clinton and the Clinton School District and their officers, agents, and employees from any liability for, and waives all claims, suits, or causes for action that the undersigned, as parent or guardian, and said minor, either before or after he/she may reach his/her age of majority, may have now or hereafter based on or arising from, any injury suffered or incurred by the minor player as a result of, or in conjunction with, his/her participation in said recreation program. Such waiver and release to be in effect without regard to whether such injury is the result of or caused by the fault of the town of Clinton or the Clinton School District or any of their officers, agents, or employees. This instrument is intended to take effect as a sealed instrument. I further certify that my child is medically fit to participate in the above recreation program.
BEHAVIOR POLICY:
We take great pride in the outstanding respect that our participants have exhibited over the years with our programs. For the enjoyment and safety of all participants and staff, inappropriate behavior will not be permitted. Our program has a zero-tolerance policy. Grounds for dismissal include disrespect for others or property, foul language, fighting, bullying, sexual harassment, spitting and biting as well as any violations as outlined in our CODE OF CONDUCT. Refunds will not be given to a participant who has been dismissed from the program due to behavioral issues. The CODE OF CONDUCT must be followed by all participants regardless.
PERSONAL PROPERTY RELEASE:
I understand that the Clinton Parks & Recreation Department is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.**I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the office upon enrollment if my child has any underlying conditions that may affect their experience at Clinton Parks & Recreation’s programming.

Cancellations & Refunds:
CANCELLATIONS:
Clinton Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any program that does not meet minimum participation limits and is not responsible for any missed classes due to a participant’s inability to attend. Clinton Parks and Recreation will notify you if a program has been filled, cancelled or changed. Every attempt will be made to reschedule a class that has been cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor absence. In most cases, an additional week will be added to the end of the program to account for missed time.
REFUNDS:
- If a cancellation is requested at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date a program credit will be issued and can be used on any Clinton Parks & Recreation program. These credits never expire (*Excluding Summer Playground/Teen Adventure).
- If a participant withdraws within 2 weeks of the program start date, no refund or program credit will be given.
- Any program credits issued for a week of Summer Playground will subtract the $40.00 field trip fee from the total tuition cost, as all field trips are paid in advance.
- If for any reason a participant is asked to leave a program for any length of time, no refund/credit will be provided.
