Veteran’s Complimentary Breakfasts

Clinton Senior Center, 271 Church Street, Clinton

On the 3rd Friday each month from 9-10:00am, veterans of all ages are welcome to come by, sit and enjoy a complimentary home cooked breakfast buffet. No reservations needed, just drop in and enjoy a meal to help start your day.  If you have any questions, please call 978-733-4747.

Diaper-A-Day

WHAT: Church of the Good Shepherd hosts a diaper pantry for families living in Clinton, Bolton, Sterling, Lancaster, Berlin or Boylston or WIC Clinton clients. Thirty free diapers per month are available for qualified children, newborn to age 3 1/2.

WHEN: First Wednesday of each month – 4:00-5:30 pm
Third Tuesday of each month – 10:30 am- 12 pm
(Recipients may pick up diapers once per month.)

Please bring your WIC Household ID number OR your child’s birth certificate to the first pick-up. Only parents or legal guardians may pick up diapers for a child. Diapers may be picked up once per month. For example, if you attend a Wednesday diaper pantry, you are not eligible to pick up more diapers at the Tuesday pantry in the same month.

Spotlight – WHEAT Community Connections

At WHEAT Community Connections our mission is to give support to individuals and families who find themselves experiencing economic and personal challenges by providing emergency assistance and programs that promote self-sufficiency. We serve residents of Berlin, Bolton, Clinton, Lancaster and Sterling.  There is no charge for our services.

 Some of the services that we can help you with include: Monthly Groceries, Hot Meals, Pet Food, Employment Listings, Health and Wellness Education, Tools for School Program, Feed-A-Family Thanksgiving Program, Hope for the Holidays Toy Program, Senior Mobile Market Program, Case Management Services to apply for Fuel Assistance (during the season), Department of Transitional Assistance Emergency Services, and SNAP (Food Stamp) Benefits as well as Information and Referral Services to other local assistance programs and services.

 Available by appointment and referrals only: Case Management and Referral Services, Seasonal Fuel Assistance Services, and WIC: Women, Infant & Children.

 WHEAT serves hundreds of your friends, family and neighbors each month and we rely on contributions and volunteers to do the work. We truly cannot do it without you! Please consider a donation or come make a difference as a volunteer. You will be glad you did!
